Application Process

Online or telephone applications for homeowners are not possible without an ANCHOR ID and PIN. Applicants for the anchor tax relief program who did not get an ID and PIN in the mail or by email but who applied in the previous year may use the online ID and PIN inquiry facility. Paper applications are required from certain homes.

All prospective tenants must submit their applications. Fill out the section with your full name, the number of renters, and everyone’s full names that split the rent. Cohabiting partners who are married are not included as numerous renters.
